LEGAL SERVICES FEE STRUCTURE

Allison Legal services are offered in three ways:

  1. Transactions: On a retainer or hourly basis to address a specific legal task, project, or situation.
  2. Contingency: On a contingent basis with no up front payment; fees are only paid if you win.
  3. Combination: A combination of the above.

The initial and total cost of legal service can vary between firms, and depends on the case, immediacy, total time required, area of law, court costs, etc.

Legal services are not commodities.  Your legal issue is important to you, and no two clients have the exact same set of circumstances.  Consequently, a fee structure may be customized for your situation.
